Returns & Exchanges

You can return your order within 14 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange.

Please note:

• Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and will be deducted from your refund. A Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label will be provided at the current rate.

• Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original cotton dust bag.

• Returns showing visible signs of wear or use will not be refunded or exchanged.

• Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  

How to request a return:

1. Visit Baggys.uk and log in with the email used for your order.

2. Enter the one-time 6-digit code sent to your email.

3. Select your order and click Request Return.

4. Complete the form.

5. Once accepted, you’ll receive your Royal Mail returns label.

For Exchanges:
Follow the same steps above, but in the NOTES section of the form, clearly state EXCHANGE.
