Returns & Exchanges

Our Returns Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We will provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label, charged at the current rate
  • Returned items will only be refunded or exchanged if they have the tags still on and include the original cotton dust bag
  • Returned items must be unworn, if there are any visible signs of wear or use, we will not issue a refund or exchange
  • For exchanged products the customer will be invoiced for shipping both ways
  • Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Please include a note with your order containing the following details: your name, order number, phone number, product details, and whether you are requesting an exchange

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  •   Visit Baggys.uk
  •   Select Account and log in using the email you used to purchase.
  •   Enter the one-time 6-digit code sent to your email.
  •   Select the order you want to return.
  •   Click Request Return and complete the form.
  •   Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label.

For Exchanges:

  •   Follow the return steps above.
  •   In the NOTES section of the return request form, clearly state EXCHANGE, along with the product and size you want.
  •   Buyers must pay for return shipping and will receive an invoice for the shipping cost of the new item.
  • Please include a note with your order containing the following details:
  •   Your name
  •   Your order number
  •   Your phone number
  •   Product details
  •   Whether you are requesting a refund or exchange
