Returns & Exchanges
Policy:
Only products that are faulty, damaged during transit, or malfunctioning due to manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
Returns for reasons like changing one's mind, wrong size, or simply disliking the product are not accepted under this policy.
Please include all original packaging, including cotton dust bag & swing tickets. Unfortunately without these we will be unable to issue a full refund.
Instructions on how to Return:
Using the same email you purchased with, please log in on the website with a one time passcode (a 6 digit code will be sent to your email). There you will see your recent order and can start the Return / Exchange process from there.
Please note: Returns & Exchanges are only valid within 14 days of purchase date and shipping is at the Buyers expense.
Refunds for any products will not be accepted after this period has expired.
