Our Returns Policy:

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, you can return the item within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for an exchange or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Return shipping is at the buyer's expense. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. We will provide a Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label, charged at the current rate
Returned items will only be refunded or exchanged if they have the tags still on and include the original cotton dust bag
Returned items must be unworn, if there are any visible signs of wear or use, we will not issue a refund or exchange
Discounted or sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged

Select the order you would like to return
Hit Request Return
Fill in the form
Once accepted,a returns label will be sent to you
