Terms of service
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms are provided by UK Baggys Limited and its affiliates (collectively, “Baggys UK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They govern your use of any part of the website, digital service, or other system on which these Terms are posted, including all functionality, content, and services made available by Baggys UK (collectively, the “Site”).
These Terms become legally binding the first time you access or use the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorised to use the Site.
These Terms include a mandatory binding arbitration agreement and a class action waiver. This means that if you have a dispute with Baggys UK relating to the Site, you agree to resolve it through arbitration and waive your right to participate in any class action. Please refer to the section “Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver” below for more information.
The Baggys mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Baggys UK (“Baggys,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms.
We may modify or cancel the Service (or any part of it) at any time without notice, where permitted by law. If we update these Mobile Terms, your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By opting in to Baggys’s SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Baggys at the mobile number you provide, even if that number is registered with any “Do Not Call” registry.
Messages may be sent using an automated system or other technology. These may include:
-
Service-related messages: order updates, account alerts, support messages.
-
Promotional messages: offers, specials, and marketing reminders (e.g., abandoned cart notices).
Participation is voluntary. You do not need to consent in order to make a purchase, and your decision will not affect your ability to place an order.
Baggys does not charge for the Service. However, you are responsible for any message and data rates charged by your mobile provider. Message frequency may vary. Please check with your carrier for details.
You may opt out at any time by:
-
Texting STOP to Baggys, or
-
Clicking the unsubscribe link in any message (if available).
You will receive a one-time confirmation that your opt-out request has been processed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
If you are subscribed to multiple Baggys messaging programs, you must opt out of each one separately.
For assistance, text HELP to Baggys or email us at: support@baggys.uk.
We may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time. You acknowledge that messages sent to an outdated number may not be received.
-
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
-
You agree to provide a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you must re-enrol with your new number.
-
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baggys is not liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information, errors in such information, or your reliance on the Service.
We respect your privacy. To learn more about how we handle your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
