Refund policy

You can return your order within 14 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method or an exchange of product.

Please note:

Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense and will be deducted from your refund. A Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns label will be provided at the current rate.
Items must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original cotton dust bag.
Returns showing visible signs of wear or use will not be refunded or exchanged.
Sale and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
If you are wanting an EXCHANGE, please specific which product and size.

International Returns:

Please contact support@baggys.uk , we are unable to provide returns labels internationally. We will provide you with the correct returns address and ask you send the order back at your expense.
